Rohan advises on third party access, assisting clients with legal, regulatory and commercial issues in the economic regulation of infrastructure industries.
Rohan has specialist experience in gas and electricity regulatory and commercial matters, in particular the regulatory and related appeals processes for setting price and non-price terms and conditions of access. Rohan also advises on the application of access regimes under Part IIIA of the Competition and Consumer Act and State equivalent legislation to other industry sectors such as coal loading facilities and water services.
