He also regularly advises on cross-border transactions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, commercial transactions, distressed sale transactions and restructurings.

Divesh advises a wide variety of domestic and cross-border clients, including private equity sponsors, across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, FMCG, financial services, infrastructure, aviation and transport, media, technology and telecommunications. 

He has recently acted for Archer Capital, Brookfield, Five V Capital, Insight Venture Partners, Lineage, L Catterton, Potentia Capital and Swissport.

Divesh is qualified in both Australia and South Africa.

Acted on the disposal of Aerocare to Swissport after having acted on a series of bolt-ons for Aerocare including the partial sale of illion (formerly Dunn & Bradstreet) to Macquarie, as well as the sale of LCR Group to Qube Holdings.
