Jeremy Davis has been elected as Johnson Winter & Slattery’s new Managing Partner, effective from 1 July 2021.
Jeremy’s appointment follows the decision of current Managing Partner Peter Slattery to retire from the role at the end of his current term, on 30 June 2021. Peter Slattery was one of the firm’s founding partners, establishing Johnson Winter & Slattery in 1993.
Johnson Winter & Slattery’s Chairman Aldo Nicotra said partners were excited about the firm’s next phase of leadership.

Jeremy Davis is a leading mergers and acquisitions lawyer based in Sydney, Australia. He has held a number of leadership roles over his 21 years as a law firm partner. He currently heads up the firm’s corporate group and is a member of the Management Committee.
Jeremy said he was looking forward to this next challenge.

Jeremy was elected to the role following an internal succession planning process and partner vote. He will work closely with Peter over the next 12 months to ensure a seamless transition of the firm’s leadership.
