Meet Teresa

Teresa is a real estate specialist with extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial property cycle, having practised both in New South Wales and Western Australia.

She advises Australian and overseas investors including corporate, government, REITs and property developers on real estate deals and infrastructure and development projects.

Teresa is experienced in acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties and businesses, infrastructure and development projects, management, leasing negotiations (both landlord and tenant), real estate and financing due diligence investigations and other general commercial and property matters.



Leading Australian A-REIT

Negotiated various tenancy documentation from landlord’s perspective at Woodside Plaza, Perth and acted on its bids to acquire a couple of WA shopping centres.

Boutique Australian Fund Manager

Acted on the acquisition of Customs House, Fremantle, being one of 5 properties in a trans-Tasman portfolio sold by Arena Investment Management.

Advised on the real estate aspects of various WA infrastructure projects.

Acted on the divestment and leaseback of 2 WA taverns and sale of a commercial property in Fremantle, WA.

Acted on 2 subleasing deals from sub-lessor’s perspective at Raine Square, Perth, one to a major law firm and the other to a major mining company.

Foreign investor

Acted on the acquisition, development, leasing and management of an industrial warehouse in Canning Vale, WA.

Australian private hospital operator

Acted for one of Australia’s largest private hospital operators on the real estate aspects of the acquisition of a WA private hospital including negotiating long-term lease, development deed, third party lease assignments and property due diligence.

Syndicate banks

Acted for the syndicate banks on the WA property aspects of the restructure and refinancing of Federation Centres’ (formerly Centro’s) lending facility and in particular on the sale and refinancing of a 50% interest in various WA Centro shopping centres.

Mid-tier Australian gold-producing company

Advised on the tenure aspects of its potential acquisition of the gold mining assets of another Australian mining company.

Global energy company

Advised on the tenure aspects of its bid to acquire Apache Corporation’s interest in Wheatstone LNG project.
