Naomi is an employment lawyer with experience in all areas of employment and workplace relations law, and particular expertise in work health and safety.

Naomi is relied on by corporations for her strategic advice and litigation expertise. Naomi advises in relation to complex and sensitive matters, including executive terminations, restraints of trade/confidential information disputes, workplace investigations, anti-discrimination law, independent contractor issues, and work health and safety regulatory investigations and prosecutions.

Naomi has experience representing clients in significant litigation before state and federal courts, the Fair Work Commission and state anti-discrimination tribunals.
