Review 2015/2016

May 2016

This 2016-17 edition of JWS Review highlights a selection of the public assignments undertaken by us over the past year as well as major legislative and policy developments occurring over that period.

During 2015 we were again privileged to represent many Australian and international corporations in major transactions and disputes within Australia, typically working closely with their internal legal counsel, senior executives and other external advisers as part of a multi-disciplinary project team.

We hope that you will find Review provides an informative insight into the range of activities we undertake and the role we play in major assignments.
