Andrew is a construction, infrastructure and energy lawyer focussed on the development of projects principally in the energy and resources and commercial property sectors.
He advises principals, contractors, owners, operators and other project participants on contracts relating to all stages of a project, including contracts for tenure acquisition, engineering, procurement and construction, operation and maintenance and long-term offtake arrangements. He also provides advice on permitting and regulatory issues associated with such developments.
Andrew has worked on a variety of major projects across Australia, including power stations, gas and water pipelines, cogeneration and tri-generation plants, renewable energy projects and gas processing facilities.
