JWS advises ReadyTech on its acquisition of WageLink

Johnson Winter & Slattery (JWS) has advised ReadyTech Holdings Limited (ReadyTech) on its acquisition of WageLink. 

ReadyTech purchased WageLink as part of a strategic acquisition that also included Zambion, a web and app-based payroll and workforce management software company. Both transactions closed yesterday.

ReadyTech is a leading software‐as‐a‐service (SaaS) provider, offering payroll and HR administration software solutions as well as technology‐led, outsourced payroll services. The two acquisitions complement ReadyTech’s current capabilities and provide expansion opportunities in new markets.

The JWS team advising on the acquisition was led by Corporate Partner Amit Jois and Special Counsel Aidan Douglas, who were supported by Partners Peter Trevaskis on property and Ruveni Kelleher on employment.

“These transactions strengthen ReadyTech’s position in the employment segment and we are delighted to have played a role in this project,” said Mr Jois.
